This policy applies to all orders shipped from Terratide.life. As an independent seller, I prioritize safe, timely, and affordable delivery.
1. Shipping Carriers
I partner with reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on speed, cost, and destination. All carriers comply with U.S. shipping regulations.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM EST ship within 1 business day (excludes pre-orders/custom items).
Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.
Delays for high-demand or custom items will be noted on the product page.

4. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes.
5. Return Shipping Responsibilities
My error (wrong/defective item): I cover return shipping + replacement.
Customer preference (change of mind): You pay return shipping; I cover reshipment if exchanging.
Refused/undeliverable due to incorrect address: Customer bears all costs.
6. Risk & Ownership
Items become your responsibility once handed to the carrier. I recommend adding signature confirmation for high-value orders (available at checkout).
7. Delays & Force Majeure
I’m not liable for delays caused by:
Severe weather, natural disasters, or pandemics
Carrier strikes or logistical disruptions
Customs hold-ups (international orders)
8. Prohibited Items
I comply with U.S. shipping regulations. Restricted items (e.g., hazardous materials) cannot be shipped.
